Crowding and open bite initial
This patient sought treatment after relapse from previous orthodontic therapy. Upon presentation, this patient exhibited an open bite tendency from poor tongue posture, narrow arch forms, upper and lower anterior crowding, and thin gums with the beginning signs of recession. Invisalign was the ideal appliance for correction of this case due to the gentle forces exerted, and hygienic features of the appliance.
