Upon presentation, this patient exhibited an open bite tendency from poor tongue posture, narrow arch forms, upper and lower anterior crowding, and thin gums with the beginning signs of recession. Invisalign was the ideal appliance for correction of this case due to the gentle forces exerted, and hygienic features of the appliance.

This patient presented with very narrow arches both upper and lower, with significant crowding, an deep overbite, a tooth size discrepancy due to multiple crowns of disproportionate sizes, and a class II bite. Invisalign was the only option for this patient, as braces were refused due to esthetics of the appliance.
